Lou

Everything about Lou, gathered in one place. Today this content is pulled out of both parents’ calendars and the biweekly meeting. The next step is to give Lou his own ecosystem — own page, own brain, own managed account — so a single clear manager runs his life and both parents read/write in.

Schedule & appointments

From the family calendar (snapshot 2026-06-18):

  • DaycareLou Dropoff, Tuesday & Thursday mornings 7:45 AM (Justin); pickup paired (Amelia).
  • BirthdayMake Lou's Birthday Crown! on the calendar around 8/8. Lou’s own account (louwrightgriffiths@) is already an attendee.
  • Medical — 9-month appointment with Dr. Monteiro (Ajit), CMG Highland office. Attended.
  • Care coverage — booked weekend-by-weekend. See timeline for who has Lou when.
    • Casey-Quinn (C-Q) — daytime nanny coverage (e.g. 9–4; half-days arranged as needed).
    • Joan + Errol (Justin’s parents / “J&E”) — family coverage for travel weekends.

These calendar events are exactly what Lou-OS will lift onto Lou’s own calendar. His account already exists and is live on at least one invite — the ecosystem to manage it is what’s not built yet.

Feeding Lou

How Lou eats, and what he can / can’t have. Share this with any caregiver.

How he eats

  • Picks up a loaded spoon or food directly off the tray — we load the spoon and place it in front of him, we don’t spoon-feed unless food is very liquidy.
  • Learning the sign for “more”; usually gives up the spoon willingly for a reload.
  • Takes big bites with eggs/bread and is good at pushing food out — occasionally needs help slowing down.
  • Organic produce + meat preferred; occasional non-organic is fine if not processed.
  • Tell us what else he eats each day beyond what we packed.

Lou-OS — the plan (not built yet)

Justin’s vision (2026-06-18): give Lou a self-contained ecosystem managed by the agent, with both parents reading/writing in.

  1. This page becomes Lou’s full section (schedule, school, activities, medical, milestones).
  2. Own Obsidian vault — a peer brain, not nested in Justin’s, as the content source.
  3. Dedicated agent key — Lou-OS runs on its own budget/identity lane.
  4. Managed Gmail for louwrightgriffiths@gmail.com — already on the site’s access list.
  5. Migration — move all Lou-related items off both parents’ calendars into Lou’s own.

Highest-blast-radius work in the project (a minor’s account + a dedicated key). It gets scoped deliberately and signed off before anything is wired — not bolted on at the end of a session.
